River Flow Yoga and Wellness is an independent yoga studio located in Columbus, Georgia. Our group yoga classes are primarily rooted in vinyasa (flow) yoga, which connects the breath with mindful movement. However, we integrate styles and philosophies from all four major lineages of yoga (Raja, Jnana, Bhakti, and Karma) to create a balanced practice that suits our modern needs.
